You can cancel your booking for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After this period, refunds aren't available. If you need to make changes, you can reschedule in line with the therapist's availability and policy shown at booking.

Yes. If you've purchased a session bundle, you're free to switch therapists at any time. There's no extra cost — your remaining sessions will simply be transferred to your new therapist. You'll just need to make new bookings with them at times that work for you.
